Because the Junipers Ascorbic Acid is encapsulated within these nano-sized, fat soluble Liposomes, once in the small intestine, it can now be very efficiently transported into the bloodstream, and finally delivered, with high cellular uptake. It can maintain the high cellular uptake because the Ascorbic Acid is hidden within the Liposomes, and continues to be accepted into the cells.
In fact, Liposomal Encapsulated Supplements can sometimes have better cellular uptake than infusions delivered intravenously (IV). For an individual with no major symptoms or diagnosis that wants good general health 5ml 1-2 x daily
Extreme Athlete or Individual with Major Health Challenges: 5ml 4 x daily
Extreme Disease – Late Stage Infection, Cancer, Heart Disease, Infection or virus 10ml every 4 hours.
I like to be saturated with C! so I take the upper dosage and if you notice any complications (such as high or low blood pressure, dizziness, nausea, cramping, diarrhoea, etc.) try cutting down to the lower dosage and observe for any changes.
